We evolved the 2007 Elmwood Spa catalogue and visuals to communication the Elmwood Spa experience. Using illustration combined with photography, we created a unique look for Elmwood that allowed them to distinguish themselves from other typical spas, many of which use the same stock photography in their communication materials.

The Challenge was to “relaunch” the Elmwood Spa with an extremely tight deadline of 3 months, without changing certain existing assets, in particular, the logo. The launch included the creation of a brochure combined with a product catalogue, a website redesign, (as well as the separate online store website), direct mail postcards, folders, envelopes, gift cards, and more. We met the deadline, and within hours of the direct mail drop, the phones were ringing off the hook.
